Mo’Nique is slimming down and looking more like the “skinny b$tches” she used to joke about. Now she’s blasting her workouts on her Instagram for the world to enjoy.
In one of her more recent videos, the comedian does her workout from a chair, mentioning that she has shin splints. Chair exercises are definitely the move if you have a lower body injury or you’ve had, say, foot surgery. As Mo’Nique shows, you can still build up strength and work up a sweat sitting on your caboose!
