From Vienna, Austria, the athletic O.J. uses her Instagram page to challenge and inspire, posting a variety of workouts with the famous black and yellow straps.
“I love the simple concept of just using straps to work your whole body,” O.J. says. “The movements require you to engage almost every muscle, mainly around the core.”
