So, of course, we’re sharing the love (and the soreness) with you. These six, spectacular moves work all the muscles of the shoulder, hitting the biceps, triceps and back, too. All you need is a pair of dumbbells to get to work. (There are two exercises that use a plate, but you can swap it for a dumbbell.) Stormi says she likes to superset these exercises. That means, complete the first two moves back to back for 10-15 reps, then move on to the second two exercises, and then the final two. Repeat for 2-3 rounds if you can!
